Fear Of Getting Wrinkles - There's Hope
In today's world where beauty is considered all too important, we usually hear about the danger of wrinkles at a very young age. Some of us become obsessed with this fear of getting wrinkles, and others spend a fortune trying to get rid of them. No matter how you handle wrinkles, preventing them is the easiest and wisest thing to do.
Prevention, of course, is indeed the key. It's so much easier to take care of your skin before problems arise, whether you are talking about wrinkles or blemishes or sun spots. Some families, unfortunately, tend to get wrinkles at a young age and because it's in their genes, there's not much that can be done ahead of time, but that doesn't mean you have to give up and accept your fate.
Since most wrinkles are caused by sun damage, the use of a good quality sun screen early on in life is mandatory ' no matter where you live. Don't think that only people in tropical climates with warm weather year round need to worry about sun screen. Scandinavian beauties still need to slather on the SPF lotions as well. Heat has little to do with what how the sun's rays can affect your skin.
Anyone who was ever taken to the beach on a regular basis as a child, without the benefit of sunscreen, runs the risk of experiencing serious skin problems later on in life. Wrinkles, cancer, warts, bumps, brown spots ' these are attributable to early sun damage that remains dormant for sometimes decades.
Smokers get wrinkles early. Crows feet, furrows on their foreheads, and even on their hands and neck can all show up in their early thirties. These wrinkles are caused by lack of oxygen and nothing is going to help them look better, even if you stop smoking.
If you smoke and sit in the sun, prepare yourself for some serious problems.
